输尿管镜取石术后出院医嘱及预防建议（英文版）

去年收了个外国友人，随便写了个英文的出院医嘱及预防建议：

1、  Urine Examinaiton in 1 week at Urological Clinic

2、  Double-J Stent Removal in 2 week at Urological Clinic

3、  Respiratory Clinic for further diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis

 

Stone Analysis

composition :Calcium oxalate monohydrate and Calcium oxalate dihydrate

Prevention suggestions:

1 drink a large amount of water: at least 2000ml of water a day

2 . limit intake of sodium : daily intake of NaCl (sodium,salt) should be less than 15 gram.

3. Eat less food containing oxalate

4. Eat orange and citrus often

5.Proper exercise

6. Weight control: obesity leads to stone

6. Urological Ultrasound Examination every year
